Be Clean:
- Wash your body and hair with soap and shampoo at least once a week
- Shave your beards every day (for men obviously), then use aftershave and finally use a moisure cream
- Shorten your nails every week
- Wash your worn clothes at least once a week, then iron them
- Wash your towels at least every 3 weeks
- Keep your room clean
- Keep your desk clean
- Have a hair cut once a month
Every morning:
- Drink 2 glasses of water
- Take one tablet which contains Omega3+Omega6+Omega9 (To maintain healthy hearth and brain function)
- Take one multivitamin
- Have breakfast
